Non customized orders: If you do not need any customization, our products are typically shipped out within 3 business days and once we receive the tracking number from our logistics company we upload it to your order and you receive an email confirmation.
Customized Orders: If you need customization, your order is processed after all of the add ons such as numbers, names, and logos are confirmed and verified by you. Customized orders that consist of numbers and names take 5-7 business days. If you add logos to your order it can take up to 10 business days to process.
Rush Processing Option:Rush Processing Option: Our rush processing option brings your processing time down to 2-3 business days when adding numbers or names. If you add logos and choose to get rush processing, this brings down your order to 5 business days instead of 10 business day. This is typically a good option if you're customizing your uniforms and you're in a hurry to get them. If you choose this option from the customization menu, we will send you a separate invoice for a one time fee of $75. Shipping time will be based off of your choice during checkout.
