Our support team willl send you pictures for your approval and If for any reason you're not happy with what you see, we can make as many changes necessary to get your approval. You will also have the option to cancel your order and recieve a full refund of your uniform sets as stated in our Guarantee Policy.

Processing Time

Non customized orders: If you do not need any customization, our products are typically shipped out within 4 business days.

Cusomized Orders: If you need customization, your order is processed after all of the add ons such as numbers, names, and logos are confirmed and verified by you. Customized orders for this collection typically ship out within 14 buisness days.

Shipping

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout and you will have the option to choose either usps or ups.
Shipping times are typically 3-5 business days depending on your locations.
Once your tracking number becomes available, we upload it to your order and you recieve and email confirmation

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept any returns on customized items.
If you did not customize your items you're eligible to return them by notifying us within 7 days of recieving them. There is a 25% restocking fee and you are responsible for shipping the items back in brand new and unused condition with the original packaging within 3 business days of getting approval for the return.
