How long will it take to receive my order?

The turnaround time from when you place your order to when you receive it can vary, as every order is unique. On average, our turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks when selecting the faster shipping option. If you’re on a tight deadline, please contact us by phone to explore expedited options. For added peace of mind, we recommend placing your order 4-6 weeks in advance, depending on the items you’re ordering.

How long does it take to process an order?

Processing time will depend on what you choose to order. Please refer to the processing tab located on the product page of the item that you're interested in ordering. When you click on the tab it will extend and show the timeframes that apply to that particular product. Please note: processing and shipping times are separate.

How do I place an order?

1. Visit the product page of the style you want2.Select the sizes that you want to order, you can order multiple sizes the same time. once you select the sizes from the checkboxes you will be asked to select the quantity you want per size3. If you don't need to customize your uniforms/jerseys add to your cart and checkout. If you do , select "yes" to adding customization. 4. Select all the customization you want to add and and add the details for your customization options you selected. Add to your cart and review your order prior to checking out and make any adjustments if necessary.5. Repeat the process if you want to order a different style of uniforms in the same order or if you need to order youth and adult sizes. If you chose to get customization but didn't input the customization details on the product page, it will be necessary for you to reply to the confirmation email you receive once you place your order with all of your customization details.

How do I order multiple sizes?

If you're ordering for a team you can add all the sizes that you need in one order and avoid having to order each one individually. When you visit the product page you will see the sizes available for the product. You will be able to click on all the sizes that you need for the given product and then you'll get an option to select the quantity that you need for each size that you selected. In the example below you can see that the sizes Small and Medium were selected and for the quantities you can see that 5 Small were requested, and 10 Size Medium were requested. Before you add to the cart, you have to make sure that the quantity selected above the add to cart button is set to reflect the number of sizes that you are requesting which in this scenario would be a total 15.

Can I mix different styles in one order?

Yes, you can mix different styles in your order. For example, you can order 2 red uniforms and 3 white uniforms if necessary.

Can I order different sizes in one order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you are able to mix sizes in your order. For example, you can order 5 size small, 5 size medium, and 5 size large all in the same order.

Yes, you're able to order a sample by visiting the product page of the style or package you like.

Can you expedite/rush my order?

Accepted Answer

We do offer a rush processing option that cost a one time fee of $75. If you select this option when customizing your uniforms, we do not charge you this right away. We first need to verify that we are able to rush your order depending on the volume of orders we have at the time, and if possible we send you an invoice for the $75 via email.

How do I add different numbers to different sizes?

Accepted Answer

You can add numbers to one size at the same time. For example, If you need 10 size small then you would select size SM from the drop down menu, adjust the quantity to 10, and in the customization details for the numbers you would list the 10 numbers that will go on those size small. If you need different sizes you would just need to go back to the product page after adding the smalls to your cart and repeating the same process with the other sizes that you need. If you're adding names, you will input the numbers that go with each player name in the text box that appears when you select to add player names.

How do I choose the sizes that I want?

You can choose the sizes you want from the drop down menu located on each product. You can also order multiple size at one time. For example, in the image below the sizes SM, MD, and LG are selected with different quantities for each size.

We ask for 7-10 business days for processing once all of the details are approved and 5-7 business days for shipping.

The price of uniforms will depend on the style that you choose as well as the customization options that you choose to add to your uniforms. You can visit the product page of the style you would like to order where you will be able to select all of the customization that you will require. You can then add the items to your cart to get an accurate quote based on what you will need. If you just want the uniforms blank, the price will as it is stated on the product page.

I need to add more uniforms to an order I placed.If you need to add to your order you will need to reply to the latest email that you've received from our processing team. If you have yet to receive an email from our processing team you can reply to your order confirmation email that you received when you placed your order. Uniform variation when re ordering.Please note that when you reorder uniforms there can be a slight variation to all of the elements of the uniforms due to the remanufacturing process. While we do our best to match the new order with your previous order, there is no way to match them 100% exactly the same as your first order. That includes: color tones and sizes of all of the elements of the uniforms you ordered the first time.

Yes! We can have our designers create one free mockup for you. If you decide to move forward with your order, you’ll get unlimited revisions, and we’ll continue making any needed adjustments until it’s perfect. Are all products true to size?

Our products run true to size according to the size guide listed on the product page. We always recommend that you refer to the size guide on the product page and compare it to one of your own jerseys. To play it safe we recommend that you order a size up as the difference from size to size is only about 1.5 inches. So for example, a Small to a Medium will only have about a 1.5 inch difference. There is also a diagram located on each of the size guides that will help you measure for more accuracy.

Are all your styles in stock?

•Soccer uniforms: SS styles are in stock styles that are available but can potentially run out of stock. If they do run out of stock they are typically removed from our website. SB styles are fully sublimated styles that are always available as they are made to order.Team packages are treated in the same way as SB styles since they are made to order. •Basketball Uniforms: Our basketball uniforms are made to order so they are always available and will not have any inventory issues.•Baseball Uniforms: Our baseball uniforms are made to order so they are always available and will not have any inventory issues. •Football Uniforms: Our football uniforms are made to order so they are always available and will not have any inventory issues.•Volleyball: Our volleyball products are subject to availability.

Can you make sublimated jerseys?

Yes we can. Please refer to the following:1. Soccer uniforms: SS styles are already made so if you want an SS style to be fully sublimated it will incur an additional $3 cost per uniform. SB styles and team packages are fully sublimated and there is no additional charge. 2. Can I mix the color of the jersey and shorts?

Soccer uniforms: SS styles are already made so whatever you see on the product page is how it comes and the colors cannot be altered unless you upgrade to full sublimation for an extra $3 per uniform or you can also change the colors if you order a team package. SB styles & Team Packages are fully custom made allowing you to make any color changes if necessary. 2. Basketball Uniforms: Our basketball uniforms are made to order so you're able to change any colors you want. 3.Baseball Uniforms: Our baseball uniforms are made to order so you're able to change any colors you want.4.Football Uniforms: Our football uniforms are made to order so you're able to change any colors you want.5.Volleyball: Our volleyball products are not eligible for color changes.

Can you make my own design?

Yes, we are able to make your own design if you do not want to order any of the available styles on our website. If you have your own design you will have to order one of our team packages and upload your designs. You can see our available packages by visiting the menu of the sport you're interested in and clicking on "team packages"

Adding Customization

Accepted Answer

The majority of the product on our site are customizable which means you can add numbers, names, and logos if you'd like. If you see an option on the product page that says "Do you want to customize your uniform(s)" that means that the product is eligible for customization. If you click yes, it will expand the available customization options and the final price of your order will depend on what you choose to add. You'll be able to edit the quantity of a customization option that you select in the cart section. For example, if you order 10 jerseys, but only want numbers on the back of 5 of them, you will be able to adjust the quantity in your cart.

What does it cost to add a team name?

Adding a team name cost $2.50 per jersey. If it is longer than 12 characters (spaces included) there is an additional $1 fee per name. If you require that a team name be stacked on (one line of text on top of another line) it will be considered 2 team names.If you select to add a team name in the customization options, a text input box will appear where you will be able to enter your team name and the placement of the team name.

Can I choose whatever numbers I want to add?

Yes, if you choose to add numbers to your products you will be able to add whatever numbers you want. If you select to add numbers on your uniforms a text box will appear further down the menu where you will be able to input the sizes and numbers. You will also have the option to upload a file with all of your sizes/numbers if you prefer to do that instead.

Can logos have multiple colors?

Yes logos can have as many colors as you'd like. The prices of our logos are based on the size of your logo.

Can I add a logo?

Yes we are able to apply any logo that you'd like. If you require multiple logos on our uniforms you can choose the sizes you want.If you require 2 or more different logos of the same size, you will need to adjust the quantity in your cart to reflect the total amount of logos you need. For example, if you're ordering 5 uniforms, and you choose to add 2 small logos, you would need to adjust the small logo quantity to 10 in your cart.

The price of a logo will depend on the size that you require. We have a $5, $7, and $9 option. Adding a logo adds up to 7 business days to the processing time.1. The $5 option:The price for a logo that is 16 square inches or smaller $5 each. For example a team badge that measures 4 inches by 4 inches or 5 inches by 3inches. This is typically a good option for a team badge or crest.2. The $7 option:The price for a logo that is 30 square inches or smaller is $7 each. For example a company logo or team logo that measures 6 inches by 5 inches or 7 inches by 4 inches.3. The $9 option:The price for a logo that is 45 square inches or smaller is $9 each. For example a sponsor logo that measures 9 inches by 5 inches or 10 inches by 4 inches.

What are your number, names, and logos made of?

Numbers/names/and logos that are applied to our SS soccer uniform styles are made of high quality vinyl that is heat pressed on and will last for years as long as you follow the washing instructions listed in our help menu. If you choose to upgrade to our full sublimation method, then all of the customization options you select will be applied via sublimation.

What type of file do you need for the logo(s) I want to add?

We require all logos be submitted in an Vector file also known as a Ai, EPS or SVG file which allow for the highest quality print on the garments. If they are sent in a Jpeg or jpg format it will contain a white background and it will most likely be pixelated. If you cannot provide it to us in a vector format we can have our graphic designers fix it for a one time art fee of $25.00 per logo that applies to the entire order. That means that if you have a logo that needs to be applied to more then 1 jersey, it is only a one time fee of $25 for the full order. Your logo also stays on file for 1 year in case you need to use it again for any future orders at no additional cost.

We do offer a free shipping on U.S orders of 10 or more uniforms which takes 8-12 business days. Please note that our prime uniforms along with some selected items are excluded from free shipping.

The time of delivery will depend on the product you order. You can visit the product page and scroll down to the processing time to get a good idea of how long it will take. Below is the processing time for our customized products. 1. Non customized uniforms take 3-4 business days to process.2. Uniforms with numbers & names can take 5-7 business days to process3. Uniforms with logos can take 7-10 business days to process.While we typically ship out orders much faster then the times listed above, we highly recommend you order with plenty of time as we do ask that your provide us with the times listed above. Also, please note that the processing time is separate from the shipping time.

Our uniforms ship out of our California, China, Pakistan, or our Mexico factory directly to you. The shipping options that you will have are based on the average time frame that the majority of our orders have taken and are not guarenteed. Shipping times listed cannot be guaranteed as on rare occasions, there could be shipping delays on behalf of the shipping company, which we have no control over. Please note: weekends and holidays are not considered business days. Place your orders with plenty of time to avoid any issues as we are not held responsible for any shipping delays that may incur. For Canada customers If any customs charges incur, they will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Fc Sports.
