Terrible customer service after the sale-agreed that there was a misunderstanding regarding the numbered sizes-were willing to help “in any way possible” I noticed the President’s Day discount offer was not correctly applied to my account, I asked for that to be refunded, the rep responded that they couldn’t refund that amount because President’s Day had already passed? I literally purchased them on President’s Day and a rep had to apply the discount (which ended up being the incorrect amount). I asked to be refunded the extra I paid for 3day shipping because they’d sent one kit that was the completely wrong size and a player would be without it, they refused, saying they’d paid for it??? The receipt shows clearly what I paid and that I paid extra for 3day shipping-add insult to injury, they made me send pictures of the jersey with a tape measure showing that it was, in fact the wrong size, and instead of rushing it, the player had to go another game (a week later) without a uniform.
