Our jerseys and uniforms are made-to-order and typically take 7–10 business days to process after your mockups or test prints have been approved.

Because each order is fully customized, the timeline can vary depending on the number of items and any requested changes. 

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

We offer multiple shipping options based on your order size and delivery location. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Orders ship directly from one of our fulfillment locations in California, China, Pakistan, Vietnam or Mexico, depending on the product you order.

⏳ Estimated shipping times are based on averages and are not guaranteed, as occasional carrier delays may occur, especially during holidays or weekends (which are not considered business days).

📦 Good to know:

• There are no tariffs or extra shipping fees for U.S. customers. In the scenerio that any arise, Fc Sports will cover the cost of them. Please note that if you're located outside of the U.S, tariffs may be applicable and are not covered by Fc Sports. 

• We recommend placing orders with plenty of lead time to avoid any last-minute issues.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once your order has left our facility.

Sublimation Information

This style is only available as fully sublimated, meaning each item is made-to-order from scratch using a custom print process.

🧵 What to Know About Sublimation Orders

• We do our best to match the any design provided to us but slight differences in color or small design details may occur. 

• Colors can be changed before production, just let us know.

• Top & Bottom sizes can be mixed (e.g., medium jersey + large shorts).

• Processing time is typically 7–10 business days after mockup or test print approval

• Rush processing (reduces to ~5–7 business days) is available but subject to approval and starts only after you approve your mockups.

📸 Approval Process

• You’ll receive approval images before your order goes into bulk production.

• If changes are requested, each round of revisions adds 1 business day.

• Once approved, the order enters production, no further changes can be made.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns on customized or fully sublimated items, as each product is made specifically for you.

If your order was not customized/not sublimated, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving it. All approved returns are subject to:

• A 25% restocking fee

• Return shipping at your own cost

• Items must be returned in brand new, unused condition with original packaging

• You must ship the return within 3 business days of receiving approval

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

1. How long will it take to get my order?

The turnaround time depends on the product and whether you add customization. For the most accurate estimate, please check the Processing Time and Shipping Info tabs on the product page.

To avoid last-minute stress, we recommend ordering at least 3–4 weeks ahead of your game day. It’s always better to have extra time than to be cutting it close.

2. When will I receive my tracking number?

Once your order is picked up and scanned by our shipping partner (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.), we receive your tracking number. This usually happens within 1–3 business days after your order ships.

You’ll get an automatic email notification with tracking details as soon as it’s available.

3. How is the quality of your uniforms?

Our uniforms are made with high-performance, moisture-wicking fabric and are comparable to major sportswear brands without the high price tag. You’re getting premium quality at a more affordable price.

4. Where do the uniforms ship from?

Orders ship from either our California facility or directly from one of our factories in Mexico, China, Vietnam, or Pakistan, depending on the item and quantity ordered.

5. What is the cost to add numbers, names, or logos?

Customization costs are clearly displayed on each product page. Just click the “Customize” option after choosing your style to view pricing for:
