Ok, hear me out.
Order was placed. Proof was sent. Volleyball jerseys, numbers on the back, numbers on the front, patch logo on the front. Everything went well.
Order was received without numbers on the front of any of the jerseys. I reached out through email and social media and did not hear back for a 2 days. I was thinking I was about to be ghosted. Jerseys couldn’t be used either due to league regulations specifying numbers on the front.
They finally responded and quickly shipped a new set of jerseys (no cost) with the numbers on the front.
I received the New Jerseys, but I had to pay a tariff charge to get the package. I reached out through email asking for a refund. Within a day, my account was issued a refund for the tariff charge.
Overall, the customer experience could have been a little better, but I can’t complain too much since every issue was addressed and corrected on their end. No company is perfect (especially in custom jerseys), but FC Sports has earned my business the next time I need jerseys ordered.
The team was very responsive with all questions and the jersey's were delivered sooner than expected!
