Fully Sublimated Uniform & Team Packages: If you choose a style that is fully sublimated or a team package it takes an average of 7-10 business days to process after everything has been approved by you. 

Please note: the processing phase starts once we have all of the necessary informaiton to process your full order. If pictures of approval are required, the processing time starts once you approve the order for bulk production. Delays can occur due to unpaid balances, failure to respond to approval pictures, or making changes to your order. All time frames stated are based on average processing times from the majority of our orders but are not guarenteed since every customers order is unique. Please order with plenty of time before your desired date to avoid complications. Not recieving uniforms by your desired date does not warrent an order for a refund as we cannot guarentee delievery dates.

Rush Processing Option: The rush processing option is a one time $75 fee that you can add to your order. It is subject to availablity and helps reduce your processing time by putting your order in front of the line. It does not guarentee delivery dates and it is only applicable to the processing time, the shipping time will still be dependant of what you choose during the checkout process. 

We offer different shipping options depending on the quantity that you order and your location. Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time. Our uniforms ship out of our California, China, Pakistan, or our Mexico factory directly to you.  The shipping options that you will have are based on the average time frame that the majority of our orders have taken and are not guarenteed. Shipping times listed cannot be guaranteed as on rare occasions, there could be shipping delays on behalf of the shipping company, which we have no control over. Please note: weekends and holidays are not considered business days.  Place your orders with plenty of time to avoid any issues as we are not held responsible for any shipping delays that may incur. If any customs charges incur, they will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Fc Sports. 

This style is only available in sublimation, meaning that we have to fully custom make it for you. If you choose this style and add other uniforms styles that are not sublimated, your entire order will be processed using our sublimation method. 

Thing to note about our sublimation method.

• We do our best to match the mock-up on our website. There could be a slight difference in color/design, and if the style you choose has small decorations in the mockup, they may be hard to replicate using our sublimation method. 
• Since these are entirely custom-made, you can change the color of the shorts or jersey if needed. 
• You also have the option to order a different size of the shorts and the jersey.
• Processing for fully sublimated styles takes 7-10 business days on average, but depending on the complexity of your order, it can take up to 12 business days. Adding the rush processing helps bring the time down to 5-7 business days, but it will still depend on each customer as you have to approve the order for bulk processing once you receive pictures of approval that we send to you after you place your order. The bulk processing time starts once you have approved your order for production. 
• We cannot combine sublimated styles (titled SB) with non-sublimated styles (titled SS) since they ship from different locations, and two separate orders must be made if you're ordering less then 10 of an SB and less then 10 of an SS on one order.
• You will receive an approval picture prior to the bulk production. If you request any changes, it will add an additional 2 business days as we will have to remake pictures of approval for you each time changes are requested. Once approved, your order goes into bulk production, and no more changes are allowed. Please note, that the final product will be as show on your mock up and what you approve.
• Unless you are reordering them, a minimum of 5 uniforms/jerseys are required for all sublimation styles. 
• If you are interested in one sample for a team, please email us separately. 

When placing an order you may have the opiton to customize your products. If you do, you'll be able to add all of your customization details on the product page as you go and choose the options that you want. For some of the customization options such as adding numbers and player names, you will be able to enter it in a text box that appears when you select to add those options, or you will also be able to reply to your order confirmation email after you checkout and provide us with that information. If you choose to send us that information after you place your order, you can do so by following the format below.  Fore example lets say you ordered 2 size SM & 2 size MD with numbers and a player name. You would send the details like this.

• 2 Sz Sm:
  • #10 PLAYER NAME
  • #11 PLAYER NAME
• 2 SZ MD
  • #12 PLAYER NAME
  • #13 PLAYER NAME

• If you choose to recieve pictures of approval or mock ups, it adds 2 business days to processing. For some of our products it is mandatory that you recieve pictures of approval. If you're adding a logo to any product, it will be required that you receive pictures of approval so we make sure that you like how everything looks prior to bulk production. 
• Please note: if you're adding a logo, it could take 7-10 business days to the process your order. Please upload it in a properly vectorized AI or EPS file to avoid having to pay an art fee. This will allow for the best possible printing. If for some reason you cannot provide it in an AI or EPS file we can have our graphic designer fix your logo for a one time art fee of $25.

Washing Instructions

• We do not accept any returns on customized items or fully sublimated items.
• If you did not customize your items you're eligible to return them by notifying us within 7 days of recieving them. There is a 25% restocking fee and you are responsible for shipping the items back in brand new and unused condition with the original packaging within 3 business days of getting approval for the return. The original shipping cost when placing the order is non refundable.

• How long will it take to get my order?
  • Answer: The time will depend on what you choose order and if you decide to add customization. You can check our shipping and processing time tabs to get a better idea of the amount of time it willt take. Please make sure to order with plenty of time. 3-4 weeks is recommended to give you peace of mind knowing that you will have uniforms come game day. It's always better to order with plenty of time to spare then to order close to your deadline and be stressed out thinking if you will get your items on time.
• When will I get my tracking number?
  • Answer: Once our logistics partner picks up our packages, we are provided the tracking number after they are scanned by the currier whether that be ups, fed ex, or dhl. Once that tracking number is provided to us it is uploaded to your order and you receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. This typically happens 1-3 days after it has been shipped depending on the volume of packages that are getting processed.
• How is the quality of your uniforms?
  • Answer: Our uniform quality is up to par with some of the most famous and well known brands, the only differnece is that you're not paying crazy high prices. 
• Where do the uniforms ship from? 
  • Answer: Our uniforms ship from our warehouse in California, or direct from our factories in Mexico, China, India, and Pakistan depeding on the inventory and size of your order.  Processing and shipping wll depend on what your order cosist of. You can check the processing time frames which are listed on every product page.
• What is the cost to add numbers, namees, or logos?
  • Answer: The cost to add numbers, names or logos is available on each product page. Visit your favorite style and click on the option to customize them after reading our short message. Then go through all of our customization options and see which ones your team would like to add. The pricing will be on every option that you select.

If you decide to customize your items you can request a picture of approval before we move fowrard to bulk production. Our processing team willl send you pictures for your approval and If for any reason you're not happy with what you see, we can make as many changes necessary to get your approval. You will also have the option to cancel your order and recieve a refund as stated on our return policy.
